Omg! The pancakes are as big as the plate. That pancake was soooooo good. I had extra butter and warmed the syrup. We got there... at about 8am right before the crowd so there was no wait for us. New owners different environment. Staff is dull and rude. Retired chef, always at the counter; cooks seemed confused. Decided to... sit in a booth and staff was still rude. Ordered tuna on rye got it on wheat. Waitress claimed it was rye from a differentvendor. I didn't argue the matter. Read more
I have seen a lot of reviews lately bashing Chucks...but boy were they wrong! Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised... with the service the food quality and pricing. Plenty of hash browns for me, service was great and friendly and food wasdelicious. My only complaint is that I wasted the rest of my day in the nap I took after a great meal! I appreciate the newowners allowing me the opportunity to share a childhood favorite with my daughter and my nephew! Ill definately be back! Read more
Went there this morning for what I thought would be a nice breakfast.. Food was good. Only one star because we had to wait 50... minutes for 2 egg breakfasts when it wasn?t even crowded. Even the gentleman behind us waiting for a togo meal for his wifehad a long wait and told us good luck on our wait. Then when I spoke to what I think was a manager she laughed at me like I waslying that we had to wait that long!! Very bad customer service if she was a manager. Because of her snobby attitude we will notbe returning. What a waste of money. Chucks customer service has totally changed! Sad! Read more

Service was fast and friendly. Not crowded at all. Pancakes were as I had read in reviews, very big...but in my opinion, not... that tasty. Adding the syrup helped though. The hash brown portions were huge. Thank goodness I ordered the half plate but myson ordered the whole and it was ridiculously a lot...half the plate piled high. Unfortunately, no flavor except for the grilledbrown part that tasted better. Not sure if they make it plain so one can season it to liking or what .. The ham and eggs tastedpretty basic but good. Large portion size for the price. Food is good. Steak was cooked to order it was cooked perfectly. Eggs were cooked perfectly... everything was great only thing that was slight problem is the table was a little wobbly. Customer service was awesome. Placewas very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Had very little wait time on a Wednesday morning will be visiting again and probablyagain. Three stack of pancakes for $7.50 or so it's like three meals in one. Read more
Great food, friendly service, but they had us sign our names on a waiting list and wait between 30 to 45 minutes before getting... a table. I don't know if they have customers do that when they're super busy. It's my first time going there. Read more
