My last 2 experiences have been less than great. I work at a Chick-fil-A in Nevada and I know some reviews can be exaggerated... but I?ll leave the time and date so cameras can be checked ??????? This last time at 9:11pm October 22, 2022 there was a verylong line and there was no sense of urgency. There was one girl at the register and a few standing around with seemingly nopurpose. Even if they were clocked out, standing around the front looks like they are ignoring guests because from myperspective I don?t know if they are clocked in or not. The girl who helped me had no recognizable uniform and was wearing apersonal sweater as well as no name tag. (If she was signed in to the till the name is Alannah, though she may have been usingsomeone else?s. She had long black hair and it wasn?t pulled back at all. When I first was in line she was by the door to thekitchen, hair down eating a wrap, then by the time I got to the front she took the register. I saw her take the order after meand her hair was touching a cup sitting on the counter, so I?m glad I didn?t get a drink. I could foresee her getting hair inthe icebin. This just was a frustrating experience. I?d like as a guest to feel that my order is a priority and that my foodwon?t have hair in it. The experience prior was similar with the line being long and sense of urgency being nonexistent though Idon?t remember that date. A few minutes after I posted, my friend got his food and pulled out a fry with a hair in it. I wentup and showed them and the lady said ok what size was it and gave me a new one but showed little care. ???? Read more
Tried the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich and honestly, VERY lackluster. I was so disappointed. The sandwich wasn't even... spicy it tasted like a regular grilled sandwich, and on top of that it was dry. They did not tell me that pepper jack was anoption to put on my sandwich and honestly that would've made it better. I usually love chic fil a bit this was a hard pass. Read more
This drive-through moves pretty fast. They have two lanes going and people outside taking orders. Even though the lunch hour is... always busy, they get through it within 10 to 15 minutes. Read more
c?mon Chick-fil-A you can do better. If I wanted a little bit of fries I would?ve gotten a small?
Nothing new in regards to the food - my chicken and salad was good as usual. But I do like the new covered parking. Especially... if you plan to eat in your vehicle or even for waiting to pick you food up. Beats sitting in the sun. Read more
what's the point of paying more for a large when companies do stuff like this... my first job was mcdonald's. my manager would... tell me not to stuff the fries to the top & i never understood that. you are paying for a large, you should get a large...common sense :) Read more
People can dine in, the chicken strips qre good, the spicy chicken sandwich is good but the bun kind of soft. The service is... good, they will bring the order to your table. Read more
I ordered grilled chicken deluxe sandwich with fries and drink, the chicken was so tough I had to use a steak knife to cut into... pieces small enough to eat! Lacked flavor and very small portions! The best part of our order was the fries and drinks! (Familyorder and what a waste of money!) In and out here I come. I will have the pleasure of spending my hard earned money there. Read more
