One of the worse fast food experiences I've ever had. Ordered my food for pickup via the website, but when I arrived they... claimed they had no record of it. I told them I had an email, text message, website record and bank charge but they said if 'oursystem didn't show it your not getting it'. Had to pull teeth to get the store managers contact info.
