This is by far the worst location ever! Certainly unprofessional! The entire crew falls way short of being "decent."... Conversations behind the counter was not related to work, while slang and laughter was heard at the drive thru. (It's fine tohave a conversation, but not while the line piles up.) Definitely need to rethink and rehire more professional workers thatwould actually meet basic requirements. No one deserves to sit at a drive thru for over an hour, time is precious and Icertainly won't be wasting anymore of my time here at this location. Please get it together and hire people who actually taketheir jobs seriously, as oppose to those who treat their job with no respect. Read more
This is ridiculous, i was 1 car from ordering and the lady i front of me ready to order was there about 15min before see gave... up. Iwas waiting to place my order about 10 min , then i saw the lady that was in front of me trapped in drive thru . The ladythat was infront of her was still waiting to pay. Un real. I was trapped and had to sit in the drive thru line almost 40 min. Read more
Just went there for the second time. The forgot my onion rings again for the second time. Told them no Mayo and lettuce cause... I'm allergic to them and they put them also. What a waste of my hard working money. Also saw the Indian lady pouring 4 red icesand the 5 one she drank out of. Gross don't go here Read more
Slowest drive thru ever... Only 2 cars and took 20mins. 5 mins waiting to order than 15min for food. Get better employees or a... better manager. Only posting because this is 2nd instance of this..must be seriously short staffed.. it's insane. Read more
Burger King g on Hammer lane and Tamo shanter is hella slow and has bad service. My wife and I got in the drive thru line at... 8:30 we didn't get our food until 9:14. I will never go there again and they are super slow. Read more

They are short staffed and still friendly and fast. I ordered meals for 7 people, yet we were in and out. Even given an extra... slushie for our wait. The lady working the window is super sweet, efficient, and running the place with only 1 co workertoday. By far the best Burger King in Stockton. Read more
I have stopped by the Tam O'Shanter location about 6 different times throughout 2022. EVERY single time I come to drive through,... I am waiting for over 20 minutes. I keep trying to "give it a chance" but even if there is only 1 car ahead of me, it's still a20 minute wait. Today is the last time I give this location a chance because I've been sitting here now for 30 minutes waitingfor a simple meal. The owner should really intervene and have all the employees re-trained or either hire more employees. Read more
