This is the first and last time I will stop by at this location. They have the worst manager/assistant/supervisor whoever she... is. The only one wearing all black. She is very rude and have the worst customer service. She needs to be re-trained. Shedoes know not even acknowledged you even though she saw you waiting to be help or when politely calling out to her. Her back isalways facing you. This place is by far the absolute worst fast food restaurant that I have ever been in. I walked in there for lunch needed to... wash my hands I asked for the key they told me the bathroom is for customers only. I stated I'm here to order lunch. I was toldthat I had to order my food before I was able to use the bathroom. while I was placing my order the the people behind thecounter were the rudest, meanest cashiers that I have ever come across they wouldn't answer any of my questions I asked for aspecialty sandwich that said they could not make it that way. I asked them for catch up from my French fries they gave me onepacket of catch up. I asked them for a couple more they said 25 cents each for ketchup then I asked for some salt they gave meOne packet of salt you could not get refills at all they were an extra 1.00 the food Was absolutely disgusting my Whopper wasabsolutely just thrown together looked and looked as if it had been thrown on the ground it was dry it had no it had nothing onit. it was disgusting it was horrible I took one bite and left it. Sunday, 2/21/21: I usually have no issues at this location but not this time, I ordered through the app around 1120ish pm, says... they are open so does google. Got there around 1130 pm, the sign was on, but no one answered the drive thru after a few minutesso i pulled forward no one was there. I already had paid thru the app so i guess ill see if it ever gets refunded. Poor businesspractices of going home early if everything says you are open, or at least update the times somewhere, or BK needs to have theapp updated to where the order cant go thru if the business is closed. FYI for all those Prior service they're only give you a Military Discount BUT you have to be in Uniform ... Last time I... remembered you could verify a person serving with they're CaC, Retired Vet Card, VA Card, even your DL & Passport willacknowledge your Service. Read more
