Selena (manager) was very rude I told her I didn't eat pork and if I could replace the sausage patty for a hamburger patty and... she said she would charge me $2.79 she seemed to be racist said every Burger King is different so I canceled my order and left. Read more
The building has been remodeled so it looks nice but the bathrooms were locked off, the soda machine was off limits and they... wouldn't except our gift cards. They said it's an issue they have with their computer service and they've had the issue for awhile. I'm not sure why they wouldn't fix that ASAP. It's really expensive out in the world right now so not allowing people touse gift cards is a big deal. We are traveling so will stop at the next one. Hopefully they will have a better atmosphere andservice. Read more
I've been wanting to try the new menu items but they never have them. they always say they're out of stock. you used to be able... to get the largest size coffee they don't allow it now all you're allowed is a large which looks like a medium cup. the bunshave been stale and the meat especially the chicken is hard as a rock it's not moist it's not juicy like it used to be and tasteis just bland. And they just throw it together so its messy and nasty. They take no pride in their food anymore then wait untilyou get the price tag you can eat at a restaurant for what that food cost you now and in that condition, no way. Read more
I order breakfast for my sons class almost every day from Burger King on East Waterloo! The girls are very fast and efficient... and extremely nice! We have never had our order wrong it is always been on time and prepared correctly! I wish I could give themmore than five stars! During Covid it has been a stressful time but the girls there are always friendly and go above and beyond!When I call on my way there I am always greeted with good morning Penni how are you! This Burgerking is not very desirable to eat at. I wouldn't eat inside. The location has plenty of parking, but there's that... cringy look to the parking lot. I mean, geez, fix your parking lot nicen up that dreary place don?t know king live there. Thebathroom you have to get let in by staff, and that's probably because of the homeless situation in that area. I realize they maybe doing that for your protection ???? Next seems like the staff might need a raise or something to be a little bit happiertowards paying customers. So drive thru it is. And what's with the nearly $3.00 basic cheese burger. I mean, wow!
