I used to come here all the time and it was great but the last few times have been horrible. The servers are always nice but you... can tell how short staffed it is. Last week and tonight people were just walking out from no one addressing them. Last week ittook 40 min to be waited on, 40 minutes to be served drinks and another 30 minutes to get food. Tonight they had an open seatingsign like the last time so my family and I picked a booth, sat down and waited 40 minutes with no greeting or anything, untilsomeone came up and said the area we were sitting in was closed even though there were people a few seats from us and theservers had seen us sit down, we just left to a different place at that point. So I ordered online at 9:14 pm. Was given a time of 9:40 pm for pick up of 30 wings (4 sauces). I sent my son into the... restaurant to pick up the order, he didn?t return after 10 min waiting so I decided to call and check if there was some type ofissue. The person answering the phone had an attitude when I asked for the status of my order. I questioned the time being overand she rudely explained how each took 12 min and because I had 30 wings with 4 different sauces my order took longer thanexpected. I politely said ok, then when the order finally came to the car? it wasn?t even hot!!!! 2 of the orders were roomtemp and dried out like they been sitting a long time. Terrible service. Waited over an hour and when I asked to finally speak to a a manger he or she did not come out, instead... another employee came out to tell me my food was finally done. The place was empty and I didn?t see any reason as to why Ineeded to wait over an HR for 12 wings. The fact that the manager did not want to come out and talk to me about my experiencesays a lot about this place. I?ll never go back after many years of coming here. Just to get serve you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes plus the time of the food. And the Servers are pretty rude
Sweet habanero ones are so good. Spicy but not that spicy. Fast service and friendly environment.
Loved it here! We sat at the bar and our bartender was amazing. She was the only bartender so she had a lot of stuff to get done... before close and was still very attentive and sweet. The whole place was clean and atmosphere great. When they made a mistakewith the food she was sure to catch the mistake herself and apologized and made the correction and the food was amazing, thankyou! Read more
Food was amazing and on point but service was eh. Staff/server took awhile for our drinks when they?re hardly busy at that time.... Sometimes they stand and talk and sometimes they forget our orders. We would have to tell them more than once. Some timesthey?re on time and remembers!! Read more
