Slow drive-thru, indoor dining close when Covid restriction is down. For god sake, OPEN YOUR DOOR! At the drive-thru, I was told... to wait for 5 minutes, 5 minutes passed and nobody answer. If you give a time for me to wait, you Commit to it. Also I?m notclicking on the link to give my complaint to the guest support team when you ask for my address and phone number. This food was delicious and exactly what we needed on a Thursday night! Great deals on sandwiches and for the value meals!... Despite being short staffed, the service was quick and food was served fresh. Very good food and great service was a previous experience. Edit the new girl with the need for orthodontist can't hear you at... the drive thru and gave me frozen boneless chicken bites. Worst experience ever! Guy taking the order was extremely rude and seemed like we were bothering him by ordering. As expected... the order was wrong and we had to go thru the drive thru again. He was not happy with that! He wasn't afraid to show hisdispleasure at having to make corrections. Drink requested with no ice had ice in it, 1 sandwich was wrong, 4 drinks orderedbut only 2 straws provided and no drink carrier! By the time we could eat everything was cold. First time trying this place. Ordered waffle sweet potato fries and a beef gyro. Both were cold. Fries were ok in taste but may... have tasted better if they would have been warm at least. The meat on the gyro had no real good taste. Again, maybe the factthat it wasn't hot or warm made it less tasty. I know where to get real, tasty gyros but my boys were so curious to try thesehere since they'd seen them advertised many times. Read more
Food is good. However, the customer service is AWFUL! The girl that works on DT at night needs a proper training. She's rushing... her customer. She took my order wrong. They fixed my order but didn't give the difference on what I paid until I asked for it. Then I asked for my fries coz I ordered #11 with a coke. The young guy said I didn't specify that I wanted the combo.Seriously?!! How stupid is that? Instead of apologizing, he insisted that I didn't order combo. I end up getting my money backbecause of their awful service. Read more
