I was told to go up to Zaxby's at Hudson bridge road in Stockbridge Georgia at 1:00 p.m. to bring my resume and talk to the... hiring manager. I got there at 12:30. When I arrive there was greeted by a African-American lady with a blue with a blue shirton.when I told her the reason why I was there she rolled her eyes and look to the left and then she said and I quote the hiringmanagers in the back I'll go let her know you're out here have a seat. I've had a seat and for approximately half an hour Iwaited mind you I had to pay a ride $20 to see about getting to see about getting a job.the lady after 30 minutes told me oh letme go remind her that you're out here. Then she came back with a paper told me to write my number down somebody being contactwith you and I will give it to her. I feel like this was very unprofessional. and so as the day went on I thought about it and Icalled back up there and I proceeded to talk to another manager and she told me well there was only one manager that workedtoday. That hiring manager she worked today. I don't understand why this manager ( the one I talked to face to face. lied to memade me waste my money and she told me a bold-faced lie. I ordered a big zak snack meal and large sized with nuclear sauce on the side. I couldn't believe the size of sauce. It was... 1/5 full of tiny sauce cup. I went to the counter because I am used to the old size which is at least tiny cup full. She saidthat is what it is and said that I have pay $0.25 for another sauce. I said this sauce is only 1/5 full and I don't think it'sright to charge xtr. If the cup was full and if I wanted xtr sauce, I understand. I will not visit this store again. I am forever bragging to my sisters about how good Zaxby's food is. I don't quite know what went wrong at this location, but... now I know that all Zaxby's do not deliver the same level of quality. The customer service deserves higher, but the food wasnot good by far. We ordered 4 wings and things combos, and the quality of the wings were the same in them all: tasteless. Theywere bland and the selected flavor of sauce was barely recognizable. The chicken strips were not very crispy as other locationsand the fries were over cooked and there was a less amount than usual. The price went up $2 and they no longer serve the celeryand carrots with it. This combo use to be worth the price but isn't any more. The cola cola fountain was out of most flavors soI got sweetened tea and it tasted like it was made with sweet-n-low. They even forgot the sauces that normally go with themeal. Again, the staff was kind, but the overall food quality was poor. I will not be returning and would not recommend thislocation for the true Zaxby's experience. Read more

I question the management of the store. Everything for the most part was good except my slider. It is partially put together... with almost no sauce on it. Aside from that then it just seemed like a bunch of high school friends hanging out on staff and infront of the counter. There was this one girl there that was there entire time of my visit. All she did was laugh and talk atthe counter in front of and next to where you ordered. Was pretty distracting. Questioning the management for allowing this tohappen. In the dining area there with staff playing loud music on the phone and being loud. Not horrible but could useimprovement. Read more
