Service was quick but the food was old. The bread was hard and burgers weren't hot. Reminds me why I don't need to spend $30 on... fast food during times like this. That money could go elsewhere. They do not change their gloves at all they go out of the store to give people their food, come back in and it's like go back to... work, drop food order on counter, pick it up and serve it to the customer, front of the store was not clean all, floor wassticking, for the amount of people in store, it could be better,all of the business was in the drive thru Worker just got towork took bag of food to car what no gloves ???????? if I was too grade them it will not be an C.!!!! Just went there today, didn?t really want to bc this has to be the dirtiest restaurant in the area but my mother wanted Wendy?s.... Manager and a black female w either orange or blind hair absolutely rude and not knowledgeable at all. The floors in the lobbyabsolutely nasty and my shoes were sticking to the floor. Asked for salt, they had none. I asked for sweet tea it wasn?t sweet,asked orange hair for sweet tea she said nope it?s sweet so keep what you have. I hope everyone is having a great day Wendy's is a great place to go for affordable food quick and on the go it is always fresh... try their new strawberry Frosty is very good if they still have it the fries are excellent and hot I usually get like a pecanstrawberry salad chicken nuggets is always fresh in their chicken sandwiches try to for four but whatever you get just know thatit's affordable if your pockets are tight and then it's for the family it's an on the go busy running errands or just wantedsomething quick to eat go check them out I'm like I always say if you hear a busy I hope you enjoy your stay but like I alwayssay when you leave pick up the trash God bless you all and have a great day Read more
945pm...all we can do is chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and potatoes. We out of everything else. No sweet tea, no coke.... Who does the ordering for this place? Seriously needs new management. Af least the staff were nice. Laughed with us about whatthey couldn't serve. Read more
1. Online system is hardly ever working. Good luck with in-app anything. 2. Doors are locked to indoor diners seemingly at... random and for no reason. Wendy's on Rock Quarry, is the worst i've ever been in. I waited in the drive thru for a few mins. Decided to go inside. 5... employees in the back talking, nobody at the front taking orders. Only 3 customers waiting in line. Finally a guy came up, hesaid sorry it's shift change time. He said are you ready to order? I said yes, but. he could not take my order because he wasyelling to employees in the back to come up and make lemonade. One employee in the bake started yelling, having a melt down, guyat the register was yelling back to him, i decided to get out of there, it was getting loud, and scary. Never going back to thatone. Pretty sure they might have a total of two people working for breakfast. Our potatoes were definitely hours old, mushy and cold.... Going there at 7:30 you?d think breakfast would still be fresh, but no. No napkins were included, no straw for the drink. Prettymuch the whole thing was a bust. Highly recommend not going to this Wendy?s. I will say, I typically love their breakfast, finda location that gives a care.
