Ordered through the drive through. after placing my first order, Jenae asked if there was anything else .. a second didn?t go by... before she asked ?ANYTHING ELSE?!? with the nastiest attitude . Jenae was too busy trying to return to her conversation that sheput the wrong order in . I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich . She put a double baconator no bacon ? like what sense does thatmake ? We sat in the drive through waiting for the 4 people standing there having a conversation in the window to notice we werestill sitting there . When I received my correct order there was no Asiago ranch . I was just hungry so we drove off . Lookingat the reviews before me , at what point does the GM or district manager step in and clean house or provide customer servicetraining . Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE. I went through the drive thru and the girl told me they were only selling nuggets and fries (at a burger... spot). I said cool, I wanted nuggets anyway. I ordered a 6 piece and came around to the window. She took my card and handed itback. I watched through the window another employee walked up with my nuggets and ranch dip. HE DROPPED THE RANCH DIPS ON THEFLOOR AND SHE JUST THREW THEM IN MY BAG OF EXPOSED NUGGETS. When she handed me the bag, I asked if the ranch fell on the floor.She and 2 other employees stood there not seeing an issue. She said "it's ranch". To which I replied " that fell on the floor"and she replied with attitude, "it's ranch". All of them stood there looking at me like I was the problem. When the biggestproblem is that they didn't see the problem with putting ranch dips that had fallen on the floor in a bag with exposed food. Itgave me the feel of someone seeing a baby drop it's pacifier and they just pick it up and put it back in the baby's mouth. Isaw the dude drop the ranch and I saw her put it in my bag. And between 3 employees, not one of them saw an issue withit. That is beyond alarming. Do not eat here. Imagine what else they don't see a problem with. Read more
Good afternoon to everyone Wendy's I love it because it's affordable if I want to hang out and really just have somewhere to eat... affordable and then turn up at the same time you know their fries are fresh the order is to make sure that we get it hot theyhave this new strawberry Frosty that is delicious I love their mango lemonade is very refreshing and give you energy I lovetheir oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies on the they have other deals but if you want to a budget and you're trying to stilllive your life and make sure you take care of yourself you want to go check them out I hope everybody have a good day Read more
Literally the sorriest Wendy's ever. The few times I can get a meal from here it's decent, but their system is supposedly always... down or they have ran out of something or closed early. Workers sitting there on the phone while you are trying to order. Therewere a couple of nice ladies up there but it's rare to see the person twice. I take my business elsewhere now. I always waste mytime going there for no service. Read more
I ordered through the drive thu food was good. I parked in their parking to eat my food and the had to go inside to use the... bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting no napkins etc. When I come out noticed the restaurant was all dirty tables full ofpieces of food and hand sanitizers empty. Great Service and better value meals offers . I enjoy the new strawberry frosty. I always wondered if Wendy's will ever have... strawberry frosty and what would it taste like and thankfully I have the chance to try it and it's delicious. The Perfect summertreat. This place is extremely slow. Everytime I've come to this location the staff take forever to take your order as well as give... you your food and the line is always long. My order was correct but we did not receive the condiments for the chicken nuggetsfor my kids. If I had to chose a location to go to on this side of town it would be this Wendys. The Wendys on the side ofroad where JJ's is is absolutely horrible. Read more
