This by far is the best managed waffle house I have ever been in, they all worked as a team from the waitress to the cook and... even the manager on duty very pleased with the service and the food. My wife and I travel a lot and have visited many differentlocations and we agreed that this is the best waffle house we have been to so far in our travels and it will be a hard one tobeat. After getting the worse treatment(or lack there of) at 2 previous waffle house's this morning. I came to this waffle house and... experienced great customer service and overall hospitality by Courtney and Jerry! They both of which seemed tired however wentabove and beyond for me as well as the other customers in the store. These two are examples of showing up and displayingkindness and professionalism! This used to be our favoriteWaffle House in the area. Recently they never answer the phone for to-go orders which isn?t a major... issue. They seem like it?s a hassle when anyone comes to the door, and as soon as you open the door they scream, ?we are onlydoing to-go orders!!? Then after seeing someone literally walk out the door with food and get in their car, the cook says thatwe will have to wait at least 10 minutes for the grill to heat up. Either that was a lie about only doing to-go orders, or theyjust didn?t want to deal with us. This Waffle House has gone down hill so bad in the past few months. I don?t know how they arestill open. Went in and sat down. Only one other lady there. The tables were nasty - No one came over or said anything to us. I have been... here before and it was great. Found another one and ate there it was great. Won't be back to this one on Eagles landing acrossfrom Kroger. Read more
After a bad experience at another Waffle House 30 mins earlier. We said that we were going to try another one. It was looking... promising. We sat down, then a waiter came over and said that they are having a leaking issue over head. We moved to thecounter. Another couple walked in and sat on the other side. We sat there for about 8-10mins. The other couples received theirdrinks and we still didn?t get to place our order. I guess they forgot about us. As we got up to leave, I heard them saysomething to each other, but not to us. So we left. ???? Communication is key, but so is customer service. Read more

It?s been way to long since I gotten Waffle House and it was pleasant. Food came quick and tasted fresh. They were short staffed... so took a little longer to get refills. I would definitely go here again though. Read more
Worst Waffle House experience in a long time. Loud music blaring. "City ham" was cold, stringy and tasted bad. Asked for sausage... instead. No apology from waitress. Took ham and tossed it, then I watched as she did not order the sausage. Rest of breakfastgetting cold, so I finally caught her going by and told her to forget the sausage. Never offered a refill of coffee. No itemizedticket so I couldn't be sure I wasn't being charged for the ham...but I don't think I was. Food I did get to eat was good,though. Read more
