Customer service is horrible. I notice the customer in front of me had to go back and forth with the employee. When it came to... my turn they had a bad attitude and didn?t bother greeting me. The bread was soggy and I didn?t ask for any condiments such asmayo, mustard, vinegar, or oil. The meat looked old with a sour mustard taste. I had Turkey and didn?t think I had to inspect mysandwich before I left. Never ever ever again. Read more

I am not sure how the employees are being trained. I recently did an online pick order and gave them time to make the order... (picked up the food 2 hours after I ordered online). When I arrived at the location, the employee had forgotten about the orderand had tot create order right when I got there. This is not professional considering Subway is a huge franchise and people comehere on their lunch times which also means that they are on a time schedule. So I ordered two subs and while the subs were beingcreated, the employee kept mixing up the two subs. And I witness the employee trying to replace the ingredients from one sub tothe other because the employee had messed up. I gave a two star instead of a one because the employee was not rude through thisprocess and let me know that she had missed the order. But I am still disappointed and unfortunately will not be coming again.Thank you for your service but please do better next time. Please train your employees properly next time. Read more

Will not be visiting again! the old lady behind the counter was tripping hard. The way that she presented herself.... she acted... like I was doing a favor doing business with her?!
