I placed a mobile order on Thursday the 17th. I get to the store and it is packed with customers. After waiting an additional 20... minutes, I finally get my drink. It was red cup day, but the attendant refused to give me a red cup since I didn?t order a?holiday?drink, but the store was out of holiday drinks. How fair is this? I get to work only to find my cup only half full.Completely disappointed with this location. This does not happen at other Starbucks. This is the most unorganized location I?ve ever been to. No matter how far ahead of time you place a mobile order it?s never... ready and no matter how nice you are when you ask a question you get nothing but attitude. Unfortunately this is the onlyStarbucks anywhere near this area so you have no choice. I?ve ordered 30 minutes before and still stood there for 20 minutes andget an attitude when I ask if they can check on my order. They don?t put people?s whole order together either. I have recently come to this Starbucks Wednesday night, Thursday and Friday morning before 8 Wednesday night my hot beverage was... made so marvelous and the right way. Thursday I asked for skim milk got whole milk Drink was suppose to be a hot beverage and Iwas able to drink it like cold water.. Friday I ordered the same hot beverage the same way drink was not hot like a hot beverageshould be.. I asked a stranger to touch my cup to be sure it was not my body temperature, he stated ?it?s not hot like a hotdrink suppose to be? I love Starbucks but this location is really makes me sad and my children and I come here beforeschool Please work on making beverages from the heart again.. Just left the location only one woman was nice (tiny light skin woman). Please retrain your staff?they should all have this... young lady?s energy. Had an Uber eats order. As far as the store it was clean and tidy. Only one person spoke and was friendly. Read more
This place is so dirty, looks like the floor is never clean and the restroom ????????????????, also the garbage can was in the... middle of the hallway. You can see leftover in the floor and hair. Read more
The wait was very long, the store was so dirty: there was trash in the store, milk sitting out on the counter with other... pitchers of things and it looked like they hadn?t been wiped down either. I would have walked out but had waited so long andalready paid. Read more
It's hard to find a Starbucks now and days that have employees who listen and make your drink the way you like it. I have to... say, I have been to this location twice around 6pm this week and they have been AMAZING!!!!! I'm very picky on how I like myfrappuccino. Thanks for having a great staff that actually listen to how the customer likes their drinks made! Read more
