The service was horrible. The guy who came on to take my order sounded like he would rather be anywhere else. I had to repeat... each thing of my order more than once and it was still wrong. Plus, they weren?t terribly busy and the wait was still 20 minutesfor my food. Absolutely pathetic. And I?m sure there will be a comment from Sonic about how to ?escalate my feedback to thefranchise manager?. But if you have that many comments on here about bad service, you have a definite problem at this franchise. Read more
I hate they changed their burger patty, now it's like everywhere else. Drinks are still good, cookie dough bites were ok.... Pretzel was the best thing I ordered. Fries are never the reason I go to sonics. Popcorn chicken needs me actual meat. Servicewas excellent 5 stars ???? Read more
Three months now.. it's been at least three months that I know of that this location has had no ice cream... I stop by there on... my way home from work several times a week and I ask if the blast machine is fixed yet and their response is always "no, but wegot milk shakes".. if I wanted a milk shake I would order one!!!! It's pathetic that the owner of this location can't evenmanage to keep the equipment in proper working order.. let alone fix it within a reasonable time frame when it breaks! I meanseriously.. one of the biggest things Sonic is known for is the Sonic Blast Ice Cream cups they run commercials for.... but thisdump is so poorly managed they won't even fix their equipment when it breaks!! Watch..they will respond back with theirstandard "we are sorry blah blah blah.. here is the number for the franchise owner" they post for every complaint...
