I couldn't get the online order to work, so I went inside to order. The 2 young ladies who made my 2 smoothies were quick and... made my order better by adding strawberries. Otherwise, the powdered strawberries didn't taste so great. They were patient andworked well together . Read more
Terrible Service!!! I had to come back in and ask the employee to redo the smoothie because it was really watery. She gave me an... attitude, did it again and did it the same exact way, watery with no flavor at all. I had to throw it away. Sadly, We will neverbe coming back here!!! Read more
Visited this location on 5/22. None of the staff greeted me on entrance. They are just stood there like a deer in headlights.... One young lady reluctantly came to the register to take my order. After making my smoothie, before she poured it in the cup, weboth realized at the same time that the smoothie was very running. Soupy like. She asked if I wanted it that way. Immediatelytold her ?no I want a smoothie not soup.? She began adding more ingredients. I?m watching other smoothies be made the correctway with the correct texture and consistency. After blending the smoothie again it still didn?t have the correct texture. Shethrew that out and started over. Second time the smoothie was foamy. None of the other staff offered assistance. She walkedoff. Then another worker tells me they have a two limit remake and they have to refund my money. All of this for a smoothie.I?ll drive a further and go back to Planet Smoothie. Read more
I order from this place all the time when I leave the gym and I never have had to wait to get my smoothie. As soon as my order... is in online and it tells me the time I get there and it never fails it's ready. Great customer service! Read more
Other reviews are correct. The smoothies are great but the service....HORRIBLE!!! The employees are RUDE. At 8 a.m. they are... rude, at 3 in the afternoon they are rude and if you go in 30 minutes before closing they are extra rude. They act likecustomers are a bother to them. I have visited several times with a greeting and smile and ALWAYS get the same nasty treatment.Oh gosh and don't have a question about the smoothies. That drives them over the edge. Everybody in there needs to be fired andreplaced with people who are customer oriented and actually enjoy customer service. I have stopped spending my money there. Ihope the store owner reads the reviews because from my own experience they are accurate and the current employees are going tokeep making them lose loyal customers. Read more
This is a horrible place for young people to work. When someone comes from a long distance for an interview even when it's going... to be at another store. At least give them a grace period when they are not familiar with the place. If they treat employeeslike nothing then imagine how they treat the customers. And clean up those gnats. This is disgusting. So go to the one on OldNational where they know how to treat people. If I could give zero I would! Read more
