The smoothies are good. The employees are mostly nice. But the service is consistently very, very slow.
My favorite place to get a healthy meal replacement. Metabolism Boost with non-sweet strawberries is my go to. This location is... clean, organized, efficient service, and the staff are polite and focused. Highly recommend Smoothie King. Read more
This smoothie King has progressively gotten worse. I just left from getting my signature Vegan pineapple spinach & Lemon... strawberry twist and the new manager has a terrible attitude before and after they messed up my smoothie. I have been going tothis location faithfully but today 5-28-22 is my last day and suggest that everyone post their terrible experiences as at thislocation. I have been going to smoothie king from the moment they open. During the last few visits to this location, I noticed that the... smoothies are now watered down, or different products are being used. Something has changed in the quality of smoothie thatthere now serving does not measure the price they?re charging. As if they?re scaling back on the number of ingredients they?reputting in and serving fewer quality smoothies. This is very disheartening and disappointing for a business to charge the pricesthat consumers are willing to pay, but we?re not getting the product that we?re paying for. I will not be going back to thislocation. And I refuse to visit the location of McDonough due to the rudeness and poor professionalism that location employeesexhibit. Read more

smoothes be on point all the time... **Updated** although the smoothies be on point but the workers closes the location before... closing time. Now if you go at 8:45pm, you are greeted with a sign saying the inside is closed and go to drive thru. Also, thereis not one employee visible. Okay, you go to drive thru, you have two cars there. One place his order. When the other car pullsup along with mines, we were greeted with the sorry we are close recording. It's only 8:50pm.
