If I could give a zero, I would. Today was one of the worse experiences at Rico?s. I went during lunch prior to an appointment... and thought I would have a quick and enjoyable meal. I ordered something quick an appetizer for my entree and a taco on theside. I waited for an extremely long time. My server seemed to dodge my table on several occasions. Then the other server liedabout the other table getting their food promptly by saying ?they must?ve called it in.? We walked in and were seated togetherand I overheard them place their order. When I told them to cancel it, they quickly rushed out my food offering 50% for to go.At that point we were full off of the chips and dips and I lost my appetite. Had the server not avoided me, I would have tippedher more than 55 cents and that was generous. It?s a shame because we live around the corner and thought we found our Mexicanspot. To top it off, we attempted to use the bathroom prior to leaving and it?s UTTERLY DISGUSTING. They did me a favor, thetoilets are gross top to bottom. It would be great to see their scores. I grew up eating here. I got to thinking about Rico's and all my good memories since I no longer live in GA but there was always... a wonderful atmosphere and the food was always good. Customer service is always great. I hope to go back someday soon and getthe beef and cheese nachos with rice on top :) I do recommend giving this place a try as well as trying the desserts. This was my second time eating here and it was very disappointing. The customer service is still very good but the quality of... the food has gone down. Everything I ordered from the enchiladas to the tacos, to the rice and refried beans was bland and hadno flavor whatsoever. I feel like I didn?t really eat anything. I am not sure if I will come back to give it another try. Theyalso charged me $6.00 for stale guacamole! Read more

Want to start off by saying the customer service is amazing!! I was greeted very friendly as soon as I walked through the door.... The service was very fast! Hardly had to wait for of my food or drinks. My waiter was very attentive and nice. Nobody I talkedto were rude or had an attitude. The food on the other hand was very bad. I ordered the steak burrito combo. The rice was verybland and dry, the beans were also dry lacked any flavor. The steak was EXTREMELY dry and lacked any flavor possible. Overall itwas a pretty bland meal. The worst part was the food just didn't taste freshly made. It seemed like it was already premade andthey just reheated it. Read more
Stopped on a Sunday afternoon. They have a napkin container outside to grab the door so that was cool. Clean inside. We were... immediately seated with no wait. You scan a QR code for the menu so it?s online. Our waitress was outstanding! She was very fastand attentive but not overbearing. Chips were warm, cheese dip was good, salsa has a little kick to it. The food was very wellseasoned and served hot. We had quesadillas, enchiladas, a beef taco and rice. Taco Tuesday. Found this place on Google maps and decided to give them a try. It looks like a hole in the wall spot and my... boyfriend and I were a little skeptical, lol, but we went in anyway. There was a family in front of us and then we wereseated. We sat in a booth and I located a couple menus to use rather than our phones. I ordered a mango Texas margarita and heordered a peach Texas margarita. Both were delicious and if I had reviewed the menu I would've suggested ordering apitcher. They had quite a few veggie options and I asked for veggie tacos and a side of black beans while my bf got salmontacos. The chips weren't that good but the salsa was and had a little kick to it. My veggie tacos were loaded with veggie and Iappreciated that. I thoroughly enjoyed em. Beans were good. I tasted the salmon and it had a nice char to it. My bf enjoyed histacos and said they were flavorful. The staff sang happy birthday to me with dessert nachos which were good and not overlysweet.
