I was doing an Uber order and the restaurant gave specific directions about going to the orange pick up like and not to stand in... line with other customers. Well i did just that and one of the employees was extremely rude to me in from on my toddler tellingme to get in line with customers. I placed an order online. When I walked in I told the cashier I had an online order. I waited from 6:05 pm until 7:15pm on my... order. I kept asking about my order. The girl Patience got an attitude because I kept asking an became very rude. By this time Ihad been there over 45 minutes or so. She kept saying you can have a refund and leave. I did just that. Came here on a Friday night. Drive thru moved pretty fast for the line to be as long as it was. Speaker was muffled. Person over... the speaker was extremely rude and impatient. Side items were barely halfway full. Condiments were sticking together. I askedfor specific spicy and mild pieces. It would have been nice to have them separated. The chicken and biscuits were great. Thiscannot be the same store that I worked at when I was young. With that horrible service I doubt I'd come back. Read more
Waited in line 30 minutes - out of everything. No sandwiches, no sides, condiments. End of ordering 2pc and get to the window... and the only condiment they have is jelly. Pull off and open the box and there is only 1 tiny leg in the box. No side, nobiscuit and not 2 pieces of chicken. I?m pretty understanding, but please do better. Read more
