This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen half of the seating booths we're taped off with yellow tape because they were... broken, missing seat cushions. Rude employee talking down to an elderly man about a misunderstanding about his order . My foodwas cold and the coffee was warm not hot at all . I?m convinced this McDonald?s has stopped changing their oil. Today is the worst it?s ever been our food is not even edible you... can tell the oil is way beyond its using point. The food tastes like old burnt oil and is super dark. Read more
Playplace looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. 90% of the tables are dirty with other people's food products.... Highchairs aren't clean either and the floor ain't been mopped too. Messed up my order and the food was cold and stale... Read more
Every time I have gone here in the past year, they are out of everything. The ice cream machine has never been up and many times... I have gone they claim they cannot cook anything or they just will not respond when anyone drives up to the windowat any time ofthe day. I have not successfully been able to order food or beverages here in over a year. Read more

I ordered at the kiosk since nobody was at the counter. Ordered a large iced coffee and they tried giving me a medium. When I... got the medium the girl tried to argue with me that she gave me the correct size. I explained that I am aware that the espressodrinks and the iced coffee large cups are 2 different ones. The large cup even says on the side what drinks go in it.... Thatfirst time I got the coffee in a medium cup it was even made wrong. I ordered liquid sugar and Carmel drizzle as extras for thecoffee. I got granulated sugar and no cream or drizzle. I asked for it to get remade and got the same thing in a large cup likeI was supposed to get but still no Carmel drizzle or cream. Got the liquid sugar correct but messed the rest up. So I askedagain for it to get made properly and it looked correct but definitely doesn't taste correct. And after 3 times I just gave upinstead of being rude to the girl. Im not sure if it was just laziness or a lack of training but it's not very difficult to reada screen that tells you what to make. I myself have worked in a BWWS kitchen for 6 years and had to do exactly that multipletimes a day. It's really not hard. If they can't do basic things like that then they need to either be moved to a differentposition that they will actually try at or not work there. On this evening, I was ordering dinner for myself, my son and my niece. We were told that there were no sodas to order and... could only order tea, Hi-C, and the frozen Fanta drinks. That was alright since we drink tea however, after we drove off andtasted the tea it was clear that it had been there for a while. I attempted to call to let them know that the tea was bad butno one answered the phone. The other issue that I had was that my fish sandwich was hard as a rock. I know from working atMcDonald's when I was younger that after a while it's best to throw out the fish because it becomes dry as in this instance. Read more
After sitting in the drive-thru for 18minutes and no one taking my order I pull forward to the window and the young lady said... she can?t take my order her manager won?t allow it I would have to pull back around and wait again. So I asked to speak to themanager, a lady named Kristin comes to the window lying telling me she?s the manager they can?t take my order. I asked her ifshe was sure she was the manager because she was dressed like everyone else and typically the manager has on a differentuniform. Kristin then says ?I am the manager there?s nothing I can do? she closes the window and walks away. The young ladyworking the window comes back and I ask her for corporate?s phone number she told me she didn?t know it so I asked her to bringher manager back to the window. Kristin comes back to the window and then proceeds to take my order to avoid giving mecorporates phone number. Then I pulled to the second window to get my food and there stands the ACTUAL MANAGER (I could tellbecause she had on the grey manager uniform that no one else has) she?s standing towards the wall eating and talking on hercellphone. The reason why this location is the way it is, is the lack of leadership. That actual manager that?s on duty tonightshould be fired, unacceptable!
