I live closer to the 138 location but the pizza and staff there are the absolute worst. I stopped eating little caesar?s pizza... until I ordered it for my son at this location - Hudson Bridge - I can there on Monday and back again on Thursday and I didn?tget the guy name but he remembered us / and offered my son cookies which was super nice. I placed an online order Monday and thepizza was cooked fresh / baked to ordered however you say it lol! When I came back today, I asked again if it could be made thesame way! No questions asked, they made sure if was freshly cooked! I love their customer service! I wish I could remember theother guy name but he did mention that the Manager name was, Rob! Thank you ?? At least one star must be given in order to write this review. I do not give this star freely. I have dealt with the rudeness of... the older gentleman both towards us as customers and the people who work there. It is CLEARLY not what he wants to do. Of allthe pizzas I've gotten here, only one was actuall with a Little Ceasar's worthy crust. Their crust is always flat and lacking. Ijust never feel like driving all the way to Hgwy 138. Now that stor knows how to make a pizza AND how to treat people. Tell yawhat Mr. Illitch, make ME the franchisee here and watch your profits soar and the reviews explode with 5-stars. Read more
I?ve never had a very good experience with this Little Ceasers but today takes the cake. Their online hours as well as the... hours on the store show that they open at 11:00 AM Monday. I showed up right at 11. I expected it would take a few minutesafter I placed my order to get everything fired up and what not. I didn?t have any issues with that. As I pulled up, I noticedthe ?open? light was not on. There were two people inside. I sat there for a few minutes thinking they would open in the nextfew minutes. Instead both employees walked out, locked the door, got in one car and left. They didn?t speak to me at all. Isat there a few minutes longer, now placing my order through Dominos via the app. An older man pulled up and tried the door. It was locked. I rolled down my window and told him what was going on. He thanked me and left. So, two sales were lost today. I finally took a date and time stamped picture and left. I wonder if the owner is aware that the employees are seeminglyclocking in and then leaving? Update 7/10: my daughter tried to order a stuffed crust pizza and some bread sticks. The guybehind the counter told her they are not making anymore food and only selling what they have. It was 7:00 PM and the closinghours are 10:00 PM. She left there and went to the other location. Called yesterday and place order for large thin pepperoni, extra cheese. A young man took my order...told me the total cost... and time. Went to pick it up, only to find out that the order was not made because they have been out of thin crust since theday before. My time and gas was wasted as I drove up there and sat in the drive thru!???????? Why didn't management inform theemployees that they are out of a product. I ordered on the website and got there at the end of my quoted time, pizza was not ready. After waiting, I take my pizza home... and find a cockroach on it. My crazy bread was also not separated before cooking so it was almost raw and sad. I'm sodisappointed. I tried to call but could not get an answer. Read more
For $5 cheese bread, this place was great. The cheese bread was hot & tasty, and this site was following COVID-19 safe protocols... so I had ordered from the drive-through and they delivered me my food to my car. It did not take a long time at all. Read more
The service is so good. The associates are personable. They def have the we are family vibe. Whole facility is extremely clean.... I live in Jonesboro and I?m willing to come to Stockbridge just for the service and cleanliness. Read more
