I do not understand what is happening with the management at this location. On three separate occasions we have been to this... location well before closing and the restaurant has consistently not been operational. The first time the staff stated theyclosed at 9:00. Another time we visited somewhere around 9:30 and tonight we visited at 9:10 PM and were told the system wasdown. Google shows this business as being 24 hours. All the while staff were standing around outside loitering. FortressInvestment Group or someone needs to step in here or the community should just stop going until they step up their game. Read more

Never could get anyone to acknowledge me at the window. Stood there I know a good 30 minutes.. also 2 woman that worked there... come out 2 Times one which has spoken to us twice an went back in, knew we were standing there, still didn't acknowledge usafter she went in an knew we were waiting. Wow... Never again. The wait to take my order was 15 min in the drive thru. I had to cut my truck off to save gas. When she did... take my order she was unprofessional to me it seemed. I ordered a 12 pack and asked for no ketchup on my burger she came backloud and quick with "we don't put ketchup on our burger so you don't have to ask for no ketchup" I said ok well no mustard andcompleted my order and pulled up to pay. She seemed to be more professional at that time. I payed and drove forward to the nextwindow. I noticed the receipt didn't say no mustard so I waived to get the employee inside attention for 3 min. I knocked on thewindow with two fingers and she turns around and acts shocked for 2 whole minutes and I can here her keep says he scared me hescared me. The lady who took the order comes from the back and opens the window can I help you is there a problem. I said noproblem I just want to make sure before the order is made that it has no mustard. She says I got this I know you ordered nomustard. I said ok it's not on the receipt so I didn't want to have to wait if it was not correct. She says it's on my screenso you good I got this with all the extra hand movement. I said okay thank you. I waited another 10 minutes to get my orderwhich was correct but wow. I won't visit Krystal anymore. White Castle is what I'm use to and will only go there. I won't goback to Krystal again when I visit any place they are located. Honestly, don't eat here. There's been several complaints by individuals in the community including myself. They often put... excuses on the speaker as to why they are closed. Power is down, taking cash only, or door dash orders only. I'm convinced theydon't want to work and the times I've been their the food has been lack luster or not hot at all. Traveling with my family on vacation and we were really craving Krystal's breakfast but unfortunately this location told us that... they were closed at 9:30 in the morning. Based on the previous reviews, I would say that something wonky is definitely going onat this location. I'm sure this is an investment for someone. Hopefully, you can work on making this location better. Hint,hint, when a business takes cash only, it is a red flag for the IRS but it should be a bigger red flag for the owner. Read more
