@Corporate please come save your brand. This store is doing it's own thing. They open when they want...close when they want..... determine portion sizes like they want...cook the chicken like they want...service you like it's a favor and not food you areactually paying for...Its really hard to determine what's actually KFC about this location... @Coporate please invest into retraining, re vamping, and re hiring at this location. Giving one star is too much.... Wife and kids went to this KFC and found chewed gum in food when got home and managers swear non... of they employes did it... I guess the chicken was chillin in the box eating it waiting to be eaten.... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Last Friday at 8:30 PM at what is a $20 fill up, original, from KFC. When I got home, I realized they... had given me virtually all thighs, crispy. When I return the next day requesting that they complete my original order, they onlywanted to replace the uneaten chicken. Given the time and effort plus the inconvenience required to drive almost 10 miles backto the store,they should?ve replaced all eight pieces. Give this bad experience, I will not be patronizing KFC in the future!!! Read more
