My husband and I just ordered and received food through the drive through. We decided to walk inside to dine in. The temperature... was extremely hot, lobby uncleared, and the restrooms were blocked by two chairs. The cashier who I will not name, responded tome by saying ?it?s closed?!. I asked her why, and she sarcastically said ?it?s closed? again. I asked to speak to the floorsupervisor and for the store managers contact. She refused to give it to me. I'd love for KFC to explain to me why the doors are unlocked but when you enter this location, a very overweight lady yells at... you, points at the door and then tells you that you will not be waited on at the counter and can only be served via the drivethru. I seriously thought this wax a joke. I left that day and went somewhere else but returned roughly a week later and wastold the exact same thing by the same woman. Today wasn't a good day to visit this location. No one greeted us for about 3 minutes and even then it wasn't a greeting. They... were out of wings, crispy chicken, and only had dark meat original recipe. Soon after they were out of Mac n chz, green beansand fries. (I heard someone yell that.) The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were locked. There was loud talking coming fromthe back... some one pointed out that she'd lost thousands of dollars that day (so watch your mouth) she was speaking to someoneI couldn't see or hear. We dined in and discovered that the dining room drink dispenser didn't work. The food we got was goodthough. Temperature was good. I've never enjoyed the biscuits so I can't speak about them. My dinner date ate his so it musthave been good. The drinks were not very refreshing. The instore music started out good, then... well. No one thanked us as weleft. I wouldn't give it a one if I had a choice. Worst service in the area. Had 4 cars in front of me (dinning area still not... available) had took 20 minutes before I got up to order my two piece and these people tells me another 25 minutes on the order.Everytime I go there there's a long wait but they never that busy. I won't be going no more. If I'm going to have to wait toorder and to get my food that long I rather go somewhere like Popeyes for better food and service.
