The only reason I will still eat here is because of how succulent, juicy, & flavorful the Buffalo chicken Philly was! However,... the customer service from one specific sandwich artist lacked patience & willingness to go above & beyond for guests. Everythingwas going great until I was met with a smart and sarcastic remark. The unnecessary reminder of ?That?s why I asked you?? was dueto me not quite knowing that with hot sandwiches, I should add all of my toppings when they ask and not after the fact. It wasmy first time in EVER, and the young lady with the long beautiful ponytail that day missed an opportunity to educate and notbelittle a new guest on how ordering at Jersey Mikes works. Read more

I love Jersey Mike's. This is my favorite location. The manager gets right in there with the other people and all of them are... very polite. There's something magical here because I don't normally eat very good but give me a #17 and it's on! Lol. Read more
The sandwiches are good and I love that they will grill the vegetables, but they need more vegetable options. It would be great... if they would add spinach, cucumbers, and sprouts. They also need a wider variety of chips. When I was there they only haddoritos and baked Lay's. Read more

Don't come here they are super slow. Definitely don't come on your lunch break when your time is limited! They rang me. 3 mins... after I paid they informed me I paid for a regular size instead of a giant. Instead of letting it be their fault and eating thedifference in price. The cashier asked me to pay the difference. I told her no other restaurant would have done that. I askedfor a refund. The cashier was very flippant about it. Never again getting my service. Read more
Sandwich I ordered was so Ioaded with ingredients, I couldn't eat it all. Everything was delicious. The veggies were crisp and... the meat was fresh. No dryness. Again, they didn't shortchange the ingredients. I'd go back again and highly recommend it toothers. Read more
