The food was not good... it was literally burned on the bottom/black ..when you try to eat it anyways that is all you could... smell and taste... it was not a small area either ..it was majority of the bottom of the bread ..we got 3 sandwiches..the twoburned were the meatball and cheese subs.. a lot of money that the food was thrown away. It was over $50 dollars for 3 subs and2 were not editable.. Read more

Clean facility and friendly staff. Came in to get a New York steamer with few ad-ons. Quickly and well made!

Our two sandwiches were okay. Call me crazy but it tastes to me like they may have changed the meat(s). It just seems to me... that the sandwiches (maybe even the bread) used to be moister / softer and sweeter. Again, they were okay - just not as good asI remember. Read more

Best Firehouse near me, and it's out of my way. Recent edit: I took a star away for my visit last night. They dressed my... sandwiches opposite. I got home and they were both wrong. I didn't have my receipt due to an accident. And I mentioned it's outof my way. I will give another chance soon. Read more

Great tasting hot subs until yesterday. Our sandwiches were cold. The meat wasn't placed uniformly in my sandwich. The young man... never warmed or toasted the sandwiches. My sandwich had too much mustard. Never tasted it on the Hook and Ladder before This isthe only sandwich I buy at Firehouse because it's usually fantastic. Please retrain the young man. Read more

This location used to be great under previous ownership. Ever since the newest owner took over it has gone down hill. Day shift... tends to be good but the night shift doesn?t give a darn about anything. If you come in for dinner the restaurant will be dirty, the shift leader/assistant manager shows no concern for anything. The team always treats you like you are a hinderance on theminstead of them being thankful you have chosen to eat there. At night the order comes out wrong, quite often, as well theycontinually run out of items at night. The most recent issue, I went in tonight 1.5 hours before clouding time and they were outof sweet tea. I asked the shift leader (medium sized black male with long hair wearing a red polo shirt) if they had any moreand he replied ?we ain?t making anymore. They just left the empty tea container out there and didn?t want to lift a finger tomake any tea. If you come in within 1.5 hours of closing time they make your order to go even if you asked for it to be dine in.This has been happening for a while now. If you show up within an hour of closing they have already put chairs up so you can?teat there. The staff at night needs major work. The daytime shift is totally different. This seems to be customary with theowner of this location as they own the one next to GA TECH and almost identical problems exist there as well. Read more

Good food. Great tea! Friendly employees. Smiling faces. Nice atmosphere--firefighters will love it! I enjoyed it.
