Updated!!!! Because of Ann Marie my experience was very pleasant this time. She was very patient, and I just got up and was... totally delayed as usual?. And the drive thru wasn?t as slow. Omg the worst line ever. It was only 3 cars in line at 2pm. Iwaited for 5min. Then still waited with no response. So I just drove to the window. So how is the morning? Geesh. The line was about 12 cars long. I ordered my food around 11:15(Mobile order), I received cold food ,hash browns were hard and... gritty(dirty grill fragments)..... I ordered a xl hot chocolate on the mobile app. I get up to the drive thru and he tells me that they don't have it so I told him... to just take it off and I'll still get my other items. I get to the window and they hand me my hot chocolate and other items.I'm like okay??? So y'all did have it y'all just didn't feel like making it.
