Who is running this place? What a joke! They don?t pickup at the store and transfer you to a call center in China! Just WoW that... was our third and last chance we?re giving the store. My kids love the cheese pizza. It is hot even when delivered. Compare to other dominoes location. This one is the best.... Employees are friendly. So sorry to see the negative reviews. If their delivery would be late they call and let me know. Verygood service. I ordered online, the app tells me when the delivery guy is 5 mins away. Curbside pick up is even faster. Read more
I ordered a pizza on line today. After completing the order and getting acknowledgement. I noticed on the order webpage a few... minutes later a banner that indicated the order had been cancelled. When I called the phone number indicated, I was informedthat they had phoned me twice after I ordered and because I didn't answer the order was cancelled. I did indeed note two phonecalls in that time from a caller labelled on my phone as "Cowabunga DBA D". That appeared to me to be spam so I did not answer.When I called I was told that was the name of their company. Either there should be clear communication on the ordering webpageto expect this phone call and/or have the phone call come with the caller labelled "Dominos". Read more
Order the $5.66 2 or more deal. Medium 2 toppings. I order 3 pizzas, 2 hand tossed DOUBLE PEPPERONI. I call in the order. But... what I got was dis- appointing if you can't do double pepperoni just say so. I would have ask for another topping. Read more
This location does not handle online orders properly. The pizza was not ready when it was supposed to be. They didn't start... making the pizza until we stepped in to order it. I placed my pizza order at 8:57 p.m., and as of right now, I have yet toreceive my pizza. I gave it a 2 star review instead of a 1 star because the lady was nice on the phone going over my order. Iwrote advise to not order your pizza online for this particular restaurant. Read more
This Hudson Bridge location is not very favorable. More than once I've placed an order in the Domino's app, waited 1-2 hours... with no delivery. When I call the store, they say they're behind or only one driver then ask me if I want to cancel. I recall along time ago...a 30 minute wait meant free food. I suppose this is why they stopped that. I ended up with either Pizza Hut orLittle Ceasars. But their food is good...if you can get it. Read more
