I don't know what's going....but WE WANT that old thing back because this ain't it! The ribs tips were burnt and greasy. The... meat had to be from a few days ago. It was tough! Hit or miss. Today was a miss. The young lady at the front is so sweet and friendly. However, my ribs, toast, and Mac and cheese... was burnt! I don?t understand who in the kitchen would think it?s ok to serve food like this. ???????????????????????? Edit-Thefact that the ?owner? can?t take constructive criticism is hilarious. Firstly I'm mad because I forgot to take a picture. Took one little nibble of my " One man get down" and and about 15 minutes... later my plate was empty. The one man get down comes with 6 ribs and 2 sides (does not include drink) for around $25.00. Isn'tcheap at all however, the food is actually worth the price and the portions aren't small. Expect to be either full or unable tofinish your plate. For my sides I had the Mac n cheese and the beans. The Mac n cheese definitely was home made and the beanswere absolutely delicious...The ribs were on its own level and playing field. They were very tender, smokey, juicy, and full offflavor. Memorial Day BBQ! This was my first time! The line was long, which motivated me to stay! The aroma was delicious! I noticed a... sign stating-No cashier and place order online/? unfortunately the msg stated no orders taken. Back to the food! OMGoodnessOMGoodness oooohhh weeee - I ordered rib& chicken family w/ Mac and cheese, collard greens and yams! Everything was sodelicious! The meat fell off the bones! The seasoning and sauce was smoky and sensational! My son and I ate yesterday and wehave enough for today! Delicious! Delicious! I?m sorry about the previous reviews regarding customer service- but I will alwayssupport blacks, good food and great customer service which I received all yesterday! I will be back! I?ve been several times and this is the 1st time I received food that seems to have been cooked days before, reheated to sale. I... ordered 2 rib tips dinner on 11.11.22 and both orders were dried out, burnt and VERY hard, I guess that?s why I had an extraamount of sauce on them. To spend over $40 and there is No taste or flavor at all is very disappointing. The sides were good asusual.
