Just sharing an experience I had with Arby?s located at 1460 Hudson Bridge road, Stockbridge. I arrived around 7PM (9/27) and... not seeing any information about it being drive through only, I parked and then found the door locked. So back in the truck andinto the Drive Thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times for the person to understand. I was then told that coupons cannot beused multiple times. I informed the person that the coupon states it can be used for 5 deals (2 Roast Beef for $5 up to amultiple of 5 times). I was then told the manager had told them to not allow more that 3 deals. I was told I could onlypurchase 6 sandwiches with the coupon. Then the person asked what would I like with my 6 sandwiches. I informed them I wouldnot be ordering and would be contacting corporate. As I drove around Arby?s I noticed a sign in the window offering 4 OriginalRoast Beef sandwiches for $10. I was tempted to go back and order the deal from the window as it was the same identical cost asthe coupon. But I had already made up my mind that this store had not only lost my business for the evening, but it has alsolost a customer. Since this is the closest store to home, I expect I will be visiting Arby?s much less often that I have in thepast. The next closest store is about 5 miles further and in traffic the time cost would be about 30 minutes. So, Arby?sCorporate is also a looser! I would be interested to know if this is a Corporate or Franchise store. Either way, having thiskind of service in Arby?s home city is not acceptable. Read more

Today a female in the front line was baggn food next to a guy whom took orders, she was so rude to a customer she called an... elderly woman a b? i? t.. c..h and told her she will snatch her wig off this was around 12/1 ish date 9/14/22 the elderly womanhad asked what was taking so long the female worker leaned close to the woman and told her she will spit in-her food. Theworker took some fries to the back and came back up front smiling while putn them in the lady bag.. she told her friend she putsome special sauce on the lady fries? i got so Disgustd left. Forgot how fake it tastes so tried it again after 20 years. Yes it still doesn't taste like beef. But it's Arby's. Nothing... wrong with it. Drive through was fast and efficient. Order was correct. Read more
Drive thru woman today on 8/27 @ 4:20 pm was not only rude but has no manners at all after telling us to wait to order taking 9... minutes before coming back to take our order. No exaggeration either. And then rushed our order. That?s it? That?s it? It?s itwhen I say that?s all thank you. Better training and maybe more help. Never again will go here. Arby's always prepares food when you order it so it's always fresh. One of the best things they have are the mozzarella cheese... sticks... They are always prepared fresh too. My other personal favorite is the smokehouse brisket sandwich...it has cheese, BBQsauce, onion rings and brisket on it. It's so delicious. Their orange cream shake is awesome as well as their flavored teas.Honestly, I haven't had anything I didn't like at Arby's. The bonus is that customer service at this location has been friendlyand kind. Read more
Listen!!!!!!! The drive thru is RIDICULOUSLY SLOOOOOOOOOOW. MY GOODNESS. It's not even that busy! Like shut it down if y'all... have to have people wait for 30 MINUTES just to wait 30 more minutes and not order yet! Can't go in still so you have to wait.It's 7:30p on a Sunday and y'all aren't even busy you have this type of wait! I'm turned off from all Arbys at this point! Iwill NOT return! Read more
