Generous toppings. Actual bacon slices instead of bacon ends. Too bad they put it on an awful crust. Dense and tough. Don?t... shortcut your crust! It?s the platform for your generous toppings. Bland, flavourless watery mess of a Pizza. Cheese had no flavour, dough had no flavour, sauce had no flavour, toppings were very... mildly flavoured. All water heavy toppings were under cheese creating a difficult sloppy eating situation. Chicken Shawarma pitahad unannounced and undesired onions which required messy removal. My family has been ordering from this location for over 15 years. Only once has there been a goof and it was traded for a free... pizza. The majority of staff have been there as long as we've been going and they know us and our preferences without thecomputer. I've grown a family of my own since then and they always ask how things are going etc. Really keeps repeat customer athing. More than once I've had a comment about a change in our order only for me to realize on pickup that my end had made anerror :) Read more

Tonight we ordered pizza for the family for a movie night in. We have ordered from Willy?s before and in the beginning the pizza... was good and we loved the deep fried pickles. Within the last 2 months service has plummeted. We have had order arrive with nopickles to be told the money would be put towards the pickles on our next order and then this arrangement not to be honoured, wereceived a burnt pizza, and then there was tonight..... Tonight we ordered our regular order. 1 and 1/2 hours after the orderwe contacted the Stittsville location that we order from and ask how long it will be before delivery....... we were told 10minutes....... 1/2 hour later we called back..... we were told our order was never made...... did we want our order made anddelivered in an hour for 25% off...... seriously. I do not know what has happened to the place in the last few months but it isnot good Missing items, Burnt pizza, missing order, poor customer service. We will not order from here again! Read more
