Every time I go, there is always a mistake with my order. Yesterday, I ordered a cinnamon raison bagel with cream cheese and I... got half of the bagel cinnamon, half of the bagel plain. Today, I ordered the same thing and the bagel is stale. I would notrecommend. Read more

Made 2 separate orders in the drive thru (8 items in total). After making the payment I was given 3 items and told to have a... great day! When I mentioned 5 items missing... I thought no big deal.. its an honest mistake. Wrong.... I was then told I cannotmake an additional order at the second window yet all I asked for was what I ordered .... The employee then proceeds to say Inever placed a 2nd order.. again wrong. The manager then comes to tell me to leave as I'm holding up her line.... again notcaring to correct their initial mistake. They then charge me for the 2nd order and yet again give me a big bag but it hadmissing items....never go to this location if you want to be treated with respect as a customer Read more
Went through drive thru this morning; About 8 or 9 cars ???? ahead of me. The line moved quickly though. We purchased the 2 can... dine offer from my Tim's app, GREAT SAVINGS!! Our coffee was super hot. ???? Hashbrowns could be crispier. And my sandwich wasgood but a pet peeve of mine, (And this has been at other locations too) is how they can't seem to stack the sandwichingredients properly. ???????????????? This location is the perfect example that Tim Hortons that once was a Canadian institution, became a shameful, greedy... corporation. Coffee tasted burnt, absolutely not fresh. Staff is all over the place and not organized. Tim Hortons hasofficially went to hell.. especially in the Kanata/Stittsville area. Read more
