Really great location - I've only had positive experiences here. Sometimes the line up is long, but let's be real here: it's the... only Starbucks in the area besides going to Centrum where there's no drive thru, plus it's located in the middle of a busybusiness area. The staff are kind and acknowledge and apologize when the lines are moving slow. I've only had one experiencewhere we were given the wrong drink when picking up a mobile order, but they had no problem remaking it and even upsized it forme. They even offered my spouse a drink free of charge as well! I love this location - it's always my go-to. Read more

I was at that location to meet a friend two weeks ago. They had to close the store and only served cars at the window due to a... shortage of staff. I was first told by Meaghan when I called that I could order on the app and she would bring my drink at thedoor. She quickly came out the door again to apologized for the fact that they had also had turned off the app, something shedid not know when we first spoke. She could have taken the easy way and just say too bad for you lady, but she did not. Shewas a real class act. She asked us what we wanted, went back inside to make it and brought it back, no cost. SB is so lucky tohave such a wonderful employee when it has become impossible to hire people and when we live in such harsh times when peoplehave forgotten about kindness. She was awesome. Stay away if you value your time!! Slower than molasses on a cold winter day. Lots of staff, friendly, polite but in total slow... motion; almost 15 minutes from start to end for 3 coffees. Customers don't seem to be very important at this location. Tastycoffee but not worth the wait. This is not the first time with this store but it's the last time for me. Won't be back. Read more
