Best pizza and delivery! Always consistent!
Every time we have ordered from here, the delivery person has made rude comments about the amount we tipped and even pressured... us for more. It's extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was under the impression that tipping is optional and it istheir employers responsibility to pay them legal and adequate wage, not the customers responsibility. Read more
Ordered pizza last night and went to pick up at the restaurant. Many of the staff members were not wearing a mask at all or... wearing it on their chins with their noses exposed. When I asked one of the staff members why they weren?t wearing masks I wastold it was because the delivery drivers are running in and out of the restaurant. I dislike wearing a mask as much as anyoneelse but I also respect the rules. So when I walk in as a customer and put on a mask because your store has a sign saying it wasrequired you can imagine how frustrated I was to see there?s a double standard. Pizza and food was good, this just soured myexperience. I actually would have gave this five stars but this really ruined the overall experience of enjoying take out. I mayrevisit the store in the future and if I see an improvement I will revise this rating. If nothings changed I?ll likely just callOttawa Bylaw instead and keep my review at one star. Read more
Never had Gabriel's until the Sens game this past Thursday so ordered it Saturday cause we enjoyed it so much. HUGE difference.... 2 inch crust all around and no flavour. Very strange how it can be so different. Read more
Stopped in for 2 slices. Wasn?t told they were not ready and certainly not fresh. He pulled out what must have been a partially... cooked pizza and removed 2 pieces from under plastic wrap. He cooked them for 10 minutes before quickly bagging them with astapler. OMG they were terrible. The dough was 2 inches thick and chewy. Won?t ever go back. Read more
Ordered pizza and wings. Both were burnt and dry. I would returned but my youngest son started eating it anyway. Last month we... ordered a thin crust and a thick crust very dry pizza arrived. This store has been our staple for pizza for the last 10 years.Sadly it seems it?s time for a change. Read more
Ordered four medium pizzas, some wings and a poutine. The wings and poutine were fine, however the four pizzas had barely any... sauce on them. We called and explained to them and we were told that we would be sent new pizzas with extra sauce added on it.The customer service lady said that she was going to ensure the new pizzas were sent with the correct amounts of sauce. Thereplacement pizzas that arrived were exactly the same as the ones before. The pizza was extremely salty because there was notenough sauce to balance out all that cheese. Pizzas were doughy as well. At this point we didn't want to have to call a secondtime to fix this issue. Instead, we will never be ordering from Gabriel's ever again. Read more
Always awesome pizza Edit: Before I could even get my pizza I was charged an additional $15 for only have 5 toppings between... two large pizzas instead of 6. You read it correctly. $15 more for less. Refused to give refund. Was offered a drink and a dip.I can?t say how greasy that feels. If you can?t make a large pizza for under $33 then you shouldn?t be in business. I suggestyou take yours elsewhere. Read more
