I left and didn?t have my cheesy Gordita crunch in my bag. When I called the assistant general manager was very nice and helped... fix the problem. However, I paid $5.50 for a Mexican pizza with extra cheese. The prices on the drive through menu was wrong. MyMexican pizza had barely any meat or beans in it and the beefy 5 layer burrito was sparse too. I went back for the first time ina long time since they brought the Mexican pizza back. I?m extremely disappointed in how little they put in the food. I won?t becoming back again strictly due to prices. Read more
Granted their busy at nights but my burrito wasn?t even grilled, hardly had anything in it, my taco wasn?t even wrapped and... spilled all over the bottom of my bag and wasn?t full at all. The people who were running drive thru seemed nice but gotta dobetter with the food. If I?m going to come and buy food, at least make my food worth it. Do better. Read more
Definitely reducing portions. My supreme tacos were mostly lettuce and tomatoes, very little meat. Something was just off on the... burritos, besides the stale tortilla. Dr pepper was tasty! Read more
They always seem to get a part of my order wrong. And don't pack the bag correctly so tacos fall apart or break. The order may... be wrong but still taste good. Read more
The food itself is good quality but I've gotten wrong orders from here more than a handful of times. The staff really needs to... be managed better and one of the times we were in there the manager was screaming at an employee in front of the customers. I'mnot saying you can't get on to them but be calm about it and don't do it in front of the customers man. If somewhere had betterservice and the same food I'd go there but the food is enough to make me come back. Please just make sure they made it rightbefore you leave. Read more
Walked in during lunch. Ok 6 employees maybe 5. I wasn't acknowledged on arrival. That's fine. So there is a sign on the... register says " use the kiosk to order" not very busy in the store or the drive through. Manager in black shirt walks in on thecell phone. Walks past me to go the back still on his cellphone. So finally a older black woman saw me and asked if she couldhelp me since I was sitting there waiting. I didn't want to use the kiosk. This Taco Bell used to be a great location. Recently, they have been falling quite short. I ordered a power menu bowl, and what... I received is pictured below. Less than half of a scoop of beans, and clearly not filled up. I understand if you are busy andare trying to get food out as fast as possible, but there was nobody in the drive thru when I went and nobody in line/diningin-store. And the food wasn?t hot, the potatoes tasted like they were left over from breakfast. Another family member, on thesame order, was completely missing the chips and cheese from the cravings box, which I made the mistake of not checking before Ileft, and yet another item had the lettuce left on when it was requested to be left off. This is not the first time we came home(a 15-20 minute drive out of town for us) only to realize they didn?t put an item in our bag. Stillwater desperately needs asecond location to rile up some due competition for Taco Bell. Until then, adios. Read more
