The food is good, but the service has gone down the tube. The last 3 times I waited more than 5 minutes per car. The very last... time was over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Staff was also rude. I won't be returning anymore. Read more
You notice all the bad review replies from Slim's is "give us another chance?" This seems to be ongoing for a while and I... should've looked at the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered curbside, they only have one curbside spot and someone is alwaysthere...upon waiting (I ordered at 6:24pm and it said it would be ready by 6:36pm)...I started by going through the drive thruline and I was greeted and asked to hold on a moment. This "moment" was 7 minutes when I finally drove away. The curb side spotopened so I pulled in and waiting until 6:53 and upon getting out of my vehicle, a gentleman came out with a back and said,"chicken and waffles?" and that wasn't my order. I followed him inside. Mind you the app said "order completed". When I wasasked by another individal if they could help me, I said I was here to pick up my order and he indicated it wasn't ready yet. SoI waited. He bagged everything and when I check it, one order of the tenders were barely shaken in sauce, and I was missing twosauces I ordered. I mentioned this and he indicated, "everyone is new and doesn't really know anything yet." Bla bla...This ismy second visit, and the first visit I had to wait a while too, but my order was correct.
