Ordered a bagel 25 minutes ago. Walked in and said I had a pickup order for my name. The two employees didn?t know what I was... talking about and the manager stepped in and said they never got the spread I ordered on their truck. I rubbed my forehead andasked to be refunded. Of course I?m frustrated as it?s been half an hour, no contact, and this is a consistent problem here. Iwas told off for coming and ?exacerbating? the issue. Read more

Ordered the chicken bruschetta, and was so disappointed I took the sandwich back for a refund, which I?m STILL waiting on... receiving. The chicken was barely half the size of the bagel. Very little pesto. There was so little cheese that I didn?t evenknow it had cheese on it til I returned it and the rude lady that was working pulled the tiny piece of chicken up to reveal aneven smaller piece of cheese under it and acted like that was worth $7.77. The blonde lady working the register was sweet, butthe short, dark haired girl that seemed to be running the show had a horrible attitude and was very snippy with customers. Read more
Not sure what happened. I used to love this place and especially their lox and cream cheese bagel??? They used to be stuffed and... nicely proportioned, but look at how it is today? the honey almond cream cheese was also not that rich anymore?.. Read more
This bagel cafe.......I'm from New York, and all I can say is, it tastes like home again. One of the only things I miss about ny... is the food. And now I don't have to miss some of that so much.The manager is so nice along with all of his employees. Thedecoration is relaxing and modern. They show all the bagels available and I love their menu sign. Most of the drinks are selfserve. Their coffee was amazing and they even had chocolate milk for my son. The menu options go on and on. So many differentcombinations between the toppings, schemers, and bagels. The only hard part is what to decide. I was surprised to find they evenhad a menu option for my picky eater. He loved the pizza bagels. My fiance got the French toast bagel with hazelnut spread andit was just gooey with filling and every bite was lovely. I got an everything bagel with egg and cheese on it and everything wascooked to perfection. This is now one of my favorite breakfast location. The counter service was excellent. Very nice staff. Also prices seemed very reasonable. My reason for taking a star off is this,... they dont have plain cheddar bagels, only jalapeno and cheddar. So I settled for that, only to have them run out before theymade my food so I had to get an Asiago bagel. Which is pictured here. My boyfriend ordered the cuban no jalapeno relish and itappears they still put it on there as his bagel was spicy. I might come back again, the food tasted good otherwise. Read more
Decent food, meets standards in service. This place isn't nothing to WOW over but for a delicious breakfast bagel or a pass by... lunch it's a nice option with a variety of options for your sandwich and bagel you can have a nice treat. Read more
My friend and I ordered online and we asked for it to be toasted. So we get our bagels and they are not toasted and there is so... much cream cheese we had to scrape it off. Read more
