Reviews for Great American Cookies in Stillwater, OK

I ordered a cookie cake to be ready by 12:30/1 today and when I went to go get my cookie cake they were closed. The girl I spoke... with on the phone when ordering and designing it said nothing about them being close on Saturday, and the sign in the windowstates they should be open today 12-10pm. I have since tried calling 16 times just to make sure no one was there. I am nowwithout a cake for a birthday celebration and absolutely do not recommend the stillwater Marble Slab/Great American Cookielocation. Read more

I ordered a super cute cookie design online and when I got my cookie it was just writing. NOT AT ALL what I wanted or what I... ordered. Just a plain cookie with plain writing, no design, no picture, I am incredibly disappointed and a bit embarrassed tohave this cookie at the going away party.
