Air conditioner is out inside and I was sweating bullets by the time I got out of there. It wouldn?t have taken so long had they... of offered everything it says they do on the app and also if they had a scanner to scan the barcode on the app where you cancollect points for their rewards system. I don?t know what is up with this location but they need to step up their game. Thecookies were amazing or I would never go back again. The poor guy that was working had to be in that heat all day. Ordered 5 hours ahead, which is probably good because the order arrived 2 hours late. Imagine if I'd ordered 20-30 minutes ahead... like their claimed delivery time! I called the store multiple times and they repeatedly told me my order was leaving the storeright then. The last time I called and pointed out it was nearly 2 hours late, the guy on the phone just said yeah. When Ipointed out he'd told me an hour ago that it was leaving the store he just said yeah again. They clearly do not care abouttimelines or customer service at all. Read more
Placed an ordered and didn?t leave the bakery till exactly an hour later. I understand if the specific cookies I wanted needed... to be remade (reheated? Not sure how they?re made there.) but with no communication? I got no call, text, email as to why it wastaking so long and was about to call as soon as I got the text it?s barely leaving. Communication needs to be improved greatlyif that was the reason it took an HOUR just to leave the business, not even to be delivered yet. Read more
