As a walk in customer. Customer service is good. Atmosphere was good, clean and kept. Wasn't busy during my visit. ~4 pm on a... Sunday (Nov/20). Had a double with cheese combo and the burger was so salty, I questioned eating the rest of it. I had aninternal dialogue about if it was me and my taste, or what the cause could be. I'll return on a later day and see if theburgers are really that salty, or if it was a one off experience. If you get a burger here, and it's salty, in the next month orso - if you'd thumbs up this review to confirm my experience - that would be beneficial feedback to the owner. And maybe save mea trip. First, I ordered and paid for a chili cheese dog with onions, but got a plain dog. Came back to get that replaced and order... another chili cheese dog to make two. Then, I get two dogs with a thin strip of chili and cheese on the container and the backof chili spoon on the bun. SMFH! The cook needs to be fired or just tell me we don't feel like making chili cheese dogs today!Can't be serious! One star for getting the burger, fries, and drink right and an apology from guy who gave me my order and itprobably wasn't his fault. Read more

The quality of the food has gotten worse over the past Year. The chain is placing more emphasis in opening new stores rather... than maintaining the higher quality of the food thst they were doing before. Read more

Absolutely above and beyond. Not only is the food delicious but the service is unmatched. We had a burger that was undercooked-... came back the next day and Phillip and the staff blessed us with giving us the full order (over $20) and made us all ice creamand gave us a free combo meal. Was having a tough day and their kindness and genuine care really encouraged and touched me.Thank you all for your generosity and kindness. The quality of food has gone downhill. I did curbside and they said it was made fresh. So shouldn't my food be hot or at least... warm? My chili cheese dog was cold, and my fries were cold. I parked and was trying to eat in less than 5 minutes of recievingmy order. And also i guess they expected me to eat this with my hands because no utensils were provided. Very good. Fast. They get right on it. Freddy's original double and fries and drink, with an oreo custard treat, $9.44. Less... than 5 minute wait. Clean restroom. Clean dining area. (That are constantly cleaning.) They carry Pepsi products and Dr. Pepper.Burger and fries were piping hot! I just had a waitress ask how I was doing and brought me mustard upon request. Great customerservice. This is a regular occurrence at all Freddy's. A manager or staff will always ask if they can get you anything. A greatplace. Read more
