When you take an order, make sure to read what the customer orders! ???? it's not complicated, especially when the customer... only ordered 2 things. 1 heath mix, 1 butterfinger. What part of that order did anything about Reeses is not what we orderedbut is what we got instead of butterfinger. Plus you couldn't read the receipt which clearly said 1 butterfinger and 1 heathmix? Also when did you get so stingy in adding flavors to vanilla ice cream? Big waste of money, wrong order not enough candybar sprinkled in. Don't like your job? You act like it and it shows. Get better employees. Read more

Highly disappointed, the food, chili cheese fries, was cold when I recieved it and the worst part of all is that it had given me... severe diarrhea to where I can't be more than 10 feet away from the bathroom. I recommend only getting their ice cream, don'teat anything else from this establishment. Read more

Don't come to this Braum's store if your hungry , they could care less about customers on inside of store , they only cater the... drive through customers, so if you want service here drive through get your meal then come inside to eat it. I like some of their burgers, French fries are edible, great salads, and of course the ice cream ???? yum! Like their little... grocery area. You can buy decent produce and dairy including a2 milk. Don't go here for coffee or tea. Or their corn coveredchicken tenders. Read more

Every single time i go its a hassle. With having to scream my order numerouse times in the drive though and they still get the... order wrong. Stopped here to get some milk, didn't want to go to Wally for just one thing. Unfortunately no ice cream this visit... next... time. Nice store, clean, people were nice. Not to busy on a Sunday afternoon. Not much else to add, I go to Braums often and itis always a good visit. Especially with ice cream. Read more

Great quality of food. Courteous service. Even when they had two high school buses pulled up. Wow. That says something about the... quality of management and staff. Could improve on cleaning a bit more. Reason for a four star not a five star. Read more

I was told that Braum's was the place to try for great tasting burgers. So we ordered some burgers and fries. This was one of... the yummiest burgers so I savored every bite along with the fries. I'm glad we stopped here on our way out back to Arizona. Read more
