The food was phenomenal. They paid attention to the food allergy requirements. As the pho was being walked to the table you... could smell the amazing broth. The scent of the cinnamon and anise was stunning and was balanced so beautifully did not have toadd a drop of soy or hoisin. Added just a bit of sriracha to add spice but overall a fantastic meal. So disappointed. Ordered fried dumplings and Vietnamese egg rolls for my sick daughter. The "fried" dumplings are soggy and a... gross color of brown, and the egg rolls have raw pork. Yuck! What a waste of money. Called to express my concerns and ratherthan provide good customer service, they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and wasn't seeing what I wasseeing (photos attached). I have been meaning to review this restaurant, and after having lunch from there again today, decided to do it before I forgot.... So glad that Pho MN came to Stillwater!!! We have been in need of a quality Asian restaurant for years! Pho MN is one of thebest that we have visited not just in Stillwater, but in the entire Twin Cities. Consistently delicious food. This place checks all the boxes to make for a great dining experience. Good value, attentive customer service, and tasty food.... Parking won't be a problem here as there is plenty of space to park in their lot. The place had a laid back atmosphere, wasclean inside, and had a nice modern design to it. My server was friendly, respectful, and displayed great customer service aswell. They also create all of their dishes from scratch which is a plus. I ordered the vietnamese house egg rolls as anappetizer and the shrimp pho for my meal. The egg rolls were light but super crunchy, and the pork inside was tasty. Theyweren't greasy like most egg rolls, and they paired perfectly with the homemade fish sauce. The shrimp pho really did it for me.The broth almost had a nice slight sweet taste too it and they kept it simple while making it taste great at the same time. Iwas actually surprised how big the portions were. It could easily serve two people or one hungry person. All in all, it was avery homey and comforting bowl of pho, and I would defintely recommend this place to others as it was recommended to me. Read more

Ate there several times and was satisfied with food and service. The last time we were there we waited more than an hour for our... food. My dish was hot but my husband's was cold. The waitress had all kinds of lame excuses one of which was that we weresitting at a table that didn't have a number. She took our order while we were at that table and passed us several times whileserving other customers. We will not be going back there. Read more
