Out of gas. How are you out of gas as a gas station. And why not at least put signs out at the pumps saying so.
I see I'm not the only one who the short black guy with glasses is constantly rude to. Just a miserable person. No issues... other than that. I will no longer use this location as long as he is an employee. Read more
Went in the carwash and as I drove in I saw three people at the end of the carwash opening the end garage door to leave and... giving me the stink eye as though I was intruding....the whole carwash was filled with smoke. Sorry for interrupting I guess? Isee other reviews about this same issue, I'm not sure it's a concern for this location to be honest. The fact that this hasn'tbeen addressed makes me think the people working here don't want the smoking area to move to a more open airconcept. *EDIT/UPDATE* came back two weeks later for another wash, and I kid you not- they're still in here, smoking. This timeit wasn't the full crew at least... Another update, two weeks after the above: like clockwork, here I am again getting my carcleaned, and they're still in here smoking. USAA VISA DEBIT VETERANS: DO NOT COME HERE! The USAA Visa debit card, run as credit (without the PIN, or at the pump "Bypass... Pin"), it will decline, EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M HERE (different days & even months --- then 3 minutes later at McD next door, cardworks GREAT... It's not the card)! A WORD ON THE HELP... HORRID!! They brush you off like it's your fault!! I've only everseen one employee who helped and was able make it work but either nobody else here knows how to do it or they just don't careenough to go through the process. Personally I will never be coming back to this Holiday gas station. (Side note: used the samecard at the gas station down the street and it works without issue, as expected.) Read more
