So You order online or by app and you put your phone # in but if they don?t have an ingredient they don?t call the # they wait... for you to show up then they make your sandwich! Happened to us a couple times now and we?re done!! Read more

I was refused service at the drive up window and was told "I told you a couple of weeks ago we don't take orders at the window".... I haven't been to Subway for well over month if not more and it will be much longer before I go again ,if ever. It was spur ofmoment stop get a quick meal, I had my dog with me, plus I wanted to pay cash. If this is going to be a Subway policy pleaseput a large sign in the drive up!
