Friendly staff but more often than not I run into quality control issues. This is a picture of my espresso drink. I could... honestly not taste a hint of espresso. I asked my son to try it (who detests coffee/espresso) and he said it just tasted likemilk with a hint of coffee flavor. Other times my espresso drinks are almost black. I keep going back because of the drive thru(no other Starbucks in the area with a drive thru) but I honestly cannot justify it anymore because I'm usually not satisfiedwith my drink. Why are we forced to be handed over a card reader that looks dirty and goes through every driver?s hand that did a card... purchase? You should just put the machine on a stand so we can swipe/proximity, not hold, type, etc etc. Read more
on my drive from the Detroit area to the Chicago area late on a Sunday, I felt like I needed a little pick me up and a coffee... was that. Not many places are open at 8:30 PM but the Starbucks was. The girls working are amazing, very friendly and kind. You?ve got a great team at this location. Read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. While traveling back home yesterday from Chicago my wife and I stopped to get some... Starbucks. While waiting in the drive thru the car in front of us had a dog in the car. I?m not sure what was said between thecashier and the people in the car in front of us but, the cashier was feeding the dog something from out of the drive thruwindow. This went on for about 30 seconds until the cashier passed on the cup to the owner of the dog. I don?t even know if shewashed her hands after that. That was super gross and definitely unprofessional. My husband and I drove through to get an ice coffee. 2 gentleman were at the drive through both over 50 I'd say. I made a joke... about the senior section because me and the hubs are over 50. Let me tell you these guys had to going on. Quick order, quickdelivery correct delivery! They really knew how to take care of a costumer! Thanks guys A + job!
