Okemos Best Western Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I DO have issues with their computer service. When checking in,... card reader could not read either of my 2 credit cards. Free WiFi did not reach my room on the second floor. To use it, I had togo sit in the lobby. All of my devices received WiFi there, but it dropped as I returned to my room. Both occupants of my roomalso had to have our room keys redone every day because they failed to open the outside door or our room. Then upon checkout,the desk was unable to print a receipt or even tell me the amount charged for my total stay. All of these issues have to do withtheir technology service. I really hope they can update tech services. Lobby was very nice, breakfast was adequate for hotelfare, and staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. Read more

I don?t suggest using the bathroom at this location! I never take the time to write reviews but this bathroom was so nasty it... inspired me to get my phone out and take the time to write this. There was dirt and hair built up on the sink and the back ofthe toilet and tons of muddy foot prints. It looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in at least a week if not more. Read more
I have been visiting this location for over 2+ years daily ($40 - $50/day) for our breakfast on the way to school. This... morning, I had to go back to have my son's 2nd latte corrected as there was no flavor or sweetness. I was told they did nothave time to fix my issues and that I should take my business elsewhere! WOW! Very unprofessional and I would advise you toAVOID THIS LOCATION if you want to be treated properly!
