I called them to ask about there's specials and he told us there was a 20 wing and 2 large pizzas for $24 so we drove down... there and called in an order and the mentally limited guy said that that was wrong it was $45 . The man should have called usback and said I'm so sorry we gave you the wrong price. Read more

I have been a customer of Carini's for almost 9 years. Unfortunately they have a tendency to have quality and service issue in... waves at times and we step away for a while when they do. Lately the pizzas have been underdone and damaged in the box upondelivery. Sat 1/8/22 we ordered 2 pizzas well done for delivery. A plain one was fine the one with toppings was either droppedor turned on its side. The entire top of the pizza was sloshed to one side of the box- see picture. When we called the personanswering couldn't understand the issue at all so they put on the manager- not Simo. He said he would get a new one made andsent out. No apologies at all. We asked once again that it be well done please. The replacement arrived again damaged in thebox, but this time it was so raw it had to be cooked in our oven for over 20 minutes to even try to eat it. Same delivery guy-no apologies again. $35 for two pizzas to be delivered and they were awful! Really sad to see Carini's go down hill once more.Not sure if Simo is involved anymore, but I can safely tell you this family will not be ordering from Carini's anymore for 2022at least. Great experience ordering pizza for my son's party yesterday. I went into the shop to order it ahead of time and the manager was... extremely helpful in assisting me with how many pizzas I should order and helping me get the best deal. They can double cut theslices for you which is PERFECT for kids parties. The pizza was DELICIOUS and delivered right on time. Thanks again! Read more
