My husband and I were passing through today on the way to Gatlinburg, TN. Stopped for a quick burger meal. There were TWO, yes... TWO, people working here! Yes, it was slow but Tabitha was working the front counter, drive-thru and packing orders for bothlanes as well. She was kind, unnerved by impatient people in line and did the job of TEN people without missing a beat. Jerrickwas pepping all orders. Our orders were specific and 100% correct! SHOUTOUT to these TWO individuals that did the work of atleast 10 employees! You are the future America wants and needs!!! Read more

It was awful. The lady had us to pull up and about 0 minutes later I went in to get our food and she said that I made that 30... minutes ago but we didn't get it. They made up some one else's order. The cashier started throwing things because she wasfrustrated. Worst experience ever. Don't think that I will ever go back. Read more

While traveling, since I had my dog with me, we used the drive thru for a quick lunch of a Whopper. The burger was OK as... expected, but there were no Napkins in the bag at all! What drive thru doesn't give you napkins? In the car you need them morethan if you were at a table! No condiments either! Train your employees better, Burger King! Read more

If I could I would give them less than one star. I sat in drive thru for over 20mins with no one in front of me waiting for... someone to take my order. Most of the time listening to conversation the guy running drive thru was having with other employeesabout closing early. And if they ignored me maybe I would go away. When I got to window he was rude and acted like I wasbothering him. If it wasn't for my son wanting burger King I would have left. I have never had service this bad. I could ofunderstood if they were busy but they had no customers I guess I know why now. Read more

They had 3 workers today. That's a shame, and I'm sure accounts for this experience. Took 30 minutes to get order placed in... drive thru. Was going to leave after the first 15mins, but had someone in front as well as behind us so couldn't leave. I wishwe had just went next door to eat, but decided to stick it out since the kids wanted Burger King hence the drive down theresince we don't have one close in our area. Our food was old, cold, and not made correctly. Had extra food we didn't order also.Had to have food remade, and it took an hour in total to leave. Definitely not the best experience today. Customer servicewasn't bad, but workers were certainly exhausted. Hopefully they'll hire more people in ASAP and get things running smoothlyagain!! Read more

I just wanted a meal and I went to three Burger Kings with no luck. The first two were not even open and the last one could not... cook as the broiler was down. I love Burger King but it looks like I will go to Wendy's from now on. You have lost a customer ofover twenty years Read more

Good people, but it was dirty. The ice cream machine was broke so I couldn't get my dog an ice cream. They charged me $1.49 for... the cone and whip cream. But the manager gave me 5 more cones and whip cream for my dog for free. Read more

Grilled chicken sandwich had little chicken on it. The piece of chicken was overcooked and about the right size for a slider,... not a full sized sandwich. even the lettuce and tomato was skimpy. The cashier at the drive thru was pleasant and professionaland got the order right. The store looked neat and clean from the outside. See attached photo of the sandwich.
