Horrible and completely unprofessional. One worker was taking selfie?s while I was waiting 5 minutes to get my order taken. He... then proceed to talk about a drug bust with his family that recently occurred with his fellow worker. Talk about highstandards. The food was terrible. The veggies on the sub were wilted and soggy. The spinach was discolored and soggy. Based onthis I would not recommend this location. Seems like they have zero standards. Read more

There was hair in my food and the building was extremely dusty when sitting in there. The service was ok but the other things... are health violations or at least the hair in food is. Dont complain often but everyone hates hair in their food. Read more

Food was pleasant, and the sandwich artists were friendly, however when I was ordering the herb and cheese bread for my... footlong, the sandwich artist told me the bread had just came out of the oven and too hot to grab off of the rack, but waskindly enough to offer me alternatives, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes for it cool down. I honestly don?t blame the guy, butmaybe the manager needs to do more training on how to handle bread that had just come out of the oven. March 4th, 2020 Read more

This restaurant, at 7:45 PM on a Friday, was out of wheat, out of marinara, out of ice tea, and out of the soda alternative on... the dispenser, and when we tried to get a refund on the unused cup or an exchange for an apple juice of same price for ourgrandson, the counter person refused and expected us to pay for another drink for a child that doesn't drink soda. Wonderfulcustomer service people. #Sarcasm! Hahahaha..... Literally just watched them turn off their open light at 8:45 PM. Not theirposted or published hours either. To follow up, management reached out to us after our email. I appreciate the trouble acorporation faces when dealing with poor service provided by employees, but I believe the service we received, and the conditionof the store being stocked is an indication of larger problems at this location. I've never had problems at other Subway storesin the area, and I believe some of them are owned by the same company. Read more
