employees are very slow. I've been coming here for 2 times. I waited at least 30 minutes to get coffee from Drive thrue. And on... top of that, wanted for hot coffee, they made it cold. I also waited another 5 minutes for them to make hot coffee.D?SGRACE!!!!!!! Read more

After 6 years of near-daily patronage, they managed to drive me elsewhere. The new store manager has ushered in a new era of... mediocrity and poor customer service. The young kid, Ethan, who was making drinks today decided that it was a bigger issue thatI had ?hurt his feelings? by coming back in and asking for a remake on my coffee that literally tasted like burnt coffee groundsthan actually remaking the drink. The cashier ended up having to remake the drink while Ethan was still arguing with me. It?snot surprising considering the low standard that the new store manager sets for customer service with his own performance. WhenDavid ran the place I never had an issue. This Starbucks is a nice place to grab a coffee and read a good book. Very friendly staff here too.
Had the worst experience there. Didn?t even receive my breakfast I ordered. The man who worked there was rude and condescending,... not the typical Starbucks, happy go lucky type you expect to see in the morning. I am not returning to this location. Appreciate the friendliness of the team. They had literally just closed the lobby due to short staff before I walked up, saying... drive through only. Being a bus driver from out of town and thus unable to use the drive thru, they kindly let me in as theirlast inside customer. This starbucks and the one in plover are only open on their time. Its a little past 7pm on a Saturday night and youre closed.... Again. Last time it was a tuesday at noon, closed. When is this place actually open? Never going to bother with thedisappointment again. Just go to black cow espresso, at least they are consistent with the times they say they are open. Read more
